- Will drink anything if he *has* to, but is a serious whiskey and coffee snob and prefers to go top shelf. Likely brings his own coffee that he grinds and brews himself at home into the office in a thermos.
- Doesn't particularly dress up, but what he does buy is $$. Those aviator shades and the jacket he wears are expensive, high-quality stuff. Same goes for his furniture, watch, etc...high-quality and pricey without being flamboyant.
- Fixes, modifies, and restores pistols as a hobby. Gunsmithing started out as a practical skill, but he finds it relaxing. His favorite collectible is an original WW2 steel-frame Walther pistol.
- Tends to wear long sleeves because he has some pretty nasty scars running all the way down his left forearm from early in his military service. He's not particularly self-conscious about them, but he knows they aren't pretty to look at.
- Big into sports cars and drives a classic '73 Firebird.
- Won't do any recreational drugs except alcohol. Most of them just don't do anything interesting for him, but some unlock parts of his psyche that he'd really rather not face.
- Has two tattoos: A coil of chain wrapped around the top of his left bicep (gotten after his arm scars), and a scorpion on his right lower leg.
- Avid swimmer, and pool time is his favorite part of his (pretty strenuous) workout.
